Introduction

Metroside, The brand was introduced in 1999. The original plan was to build a small web portal to advise people about events going on in and around Sydney. The site is still running and can be seen at www.metroside.com . The site is maintained and updated on a daily bases. In the time Metroside has been running, frequent requests have been made from different businesses to build them a web site. Businesses such as;

Fashion

Technical Background Information:

I have been creating hobby web sites since 1997 when in University. Assisted other people at University in creating sites. In 1999 to present, work for an Internet Service Provider with over 300,000 customers.

Responsibilities include;

Creation and maintenance of customer service based web site application on the company intranet, all pages are coded in ASP (Active Server Pages)

Creation and maintenance of the company's Support / Help Centre.
